Eto Sterilization
Why You Need EO Sterilization ?
- To reduce the bio burden in products
- To achieve sterility of products in final stage of packaging as EO can penetrate the multiple layers of packaging & it reduces the risk of contamination due to multiple handling.
- EO is most compatible sterilizing media with materials when it comes to achieving the
Infrastructure
Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified
under the category & scope of Ethylene
Oxide sterilization Services for
pharma, healthcare & food industries.
We have total of two numbers of EO
sterilization chambers of capacity 13
cubic meter each.
Benefits of EO Sterilization
- Materials sterilized with EO are not exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or radiation. Therefore, a wide variation of materials, particularly polymeric components commonly used in medical devices, can be sterilized with EO.
- EO penetrates breathable packaging, making contact with all accessible surfaces of the product to deliver the required sterility assurance level (SAL).

What is Ethylene Oxide Used For ?
- Materials sterilized with EO are not exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or radiation. Therefore, a wide variation of materials, particularly polymeric components commonly used in medical devices, can be sterilized with EO.

Product Considerations
- MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY - Very few compatibility concerns; liquids generally not recommended. Packaging must be breathable.
- DENSITY - Higher density configurations may impact temperature distribution and processing time
- TEMPERATURE - Processing conditions exposes product to heat, humidity, and pressure
- GAS PATHWAY - Gas must reach surfaces requiring sterilization
- CHARACTERIZATION OF NORMAL PRODUCT BIOBURDEN - Understanding the microbiological challenge of the product relevant for defining a sterilization process
